SPOILLER/SUMMARY: What appears to be a severe case of the flu leaves Lenny with strange powers, leaving others to question what the true nature of a miracle is.

Laverne did the only thing she could do: feed Jeffery, sweep up Lenny's place, help Shirley with the garbage and make lasagna for dinner that night.

She and Shirley sat down for a boring evening in front of the tube; Sea Hunt came on, Laverne ogled Lloyd Bridges, and together they nibbled some popcorn.

"I can't believe Lenny, of all people, has powers like that!! What is he going to do with them?"

"He told me he's gonna help people." She said, "No would ya be quiet, Shirl? I'm tryin' ta look at Lloyd...aww! Ya made me miss him getting' outta the water!"

"There are more important things to worry about!" Shirley cried, "This is serious..why doesn't he go to a doctor?"

"He already said no to that." Laverne shrugged, "Anyway, he's said he's gonna do good..." Suddenly, a special report flashed across the screen, "Aww, this ain't gonna be good..."

"Dave, I'm live a the scene of a ten-car pile up! But that's not the reason why we're interrupting our regular programming. A tall, blond, blue-eyed man, who may or may not be the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, revived four individuals who had passed away in this accident right before the eyes of this very startled reporter! Eyewitnesses reported that the man is headed eastbound...We have an eyewitness here, miss Anna Carter..."

"Not just an eye witness. I died. I was in heaven. I saw heaven."

"And what did this gentleman, who we're calling 'Lazarus', do?"

"Well, sir, he healed me!"

"This reporter urges its viewers to start repe-."

Laverne shut the set off, and Shirley was already out the door.

They needed to find Lenny, before someone with evil intentions hurt him...
