"Kristin doesn't have BooBooKitty"

Scene Four
fourth floor

Shirley comes up the stairs, then goes over and knocks on Lauren and Kristin's door. The door opens.

Lauren- Hiya, Shirl. What's up?

Shirley- Where's Kristin?

Lauren- She's gettin' dressed. She and Squig are goin' to a movie.

Shirley- Have you seen BooBooKitty?

Lauren- Actually, yeah, I have. Follow me.

They go across the hall. Lauren knocks on the boys' door. The door opens.

Lenny- Hi.

Lauren- Hi, Len. You still got BooBooKitty?

Lenny- Yeah, hold on. (he goes over and gets BooBooKitty from one of the chairs at the table; he goes back over and gives him to Shirley) Sorry.

Shirley- I got him back, that's what matters. What doesn't matter is why you had him because I don't wanna know. (she turns, then faces them again) By the way, have either of you seen Laverne's shoebox of L's? She can't find seem to find them.

Lauren- Heh, that would be my fault. I borrowed the box.

Lenny- You took it.

Lauren- Don't help. I just wanted to find a purple L, that's all, then I was gonna give it back. I guess she looked for it sooner than I thought she would.

Lauren and Shirley go back across the hall to get the box. Shirley goes back down the stairs with BooBooKitty in one arm and holding the shoebox with the other.
